RN Clinical Manager – Home Health - 20K sign on bonus!
Looking to step into a leadership role without bedside burnout or unpredictable hospital hours? HealthCare Support is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for a fulltime, office based position in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to guide a high performing clinical team, ensure exceptional patient care, and oversee daily home health operations — all while enjoying stable weekday hours and a supportive environment.
Compensation:
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Administrative on call approximately one week per month, depending on staffing

Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations by coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining quality standards for patient outcomes
- Lead and support the care team through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare partners. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional field visits as needed
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification

1–2 years of recent home health leadership experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
- Experience with OASIS documentation
- Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and all applicable regulatory requirements
