Nurse Practitioner
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:
Active and unrestricted license in North Carolina (NP or PA)
NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
NP- Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center
Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:
1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness
