Travel Home Health/Hospice RN Gross Weekly Pay: $2000 - $2800 (based on location) Location: Nationwide Schedule: 5 x 8-hour day shifts | 13-week contract About Us: HealthCare Support is a nationwide staffing partner providing contract, travel, and remote opportunities for healthcare professionals. Travel Home Health/Hospice RN Responsibilities:
  • Home Health/Hospice RNs travel to patient homes and complete nursing assessments and patient care
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on clinical findings
  • Document all visits, communications, and interventions accurately in EMR systems
Requirements:
  • Active RN License
  • Minimum 1 year of home health/hospice experience within last 2 years
  • Home Health RNs - OASIS experience within last 2 years
Preferred:
  • Experienced with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
