HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Physical Therapist to fill an opening with one of t
the largest healthcare providers in the state of NM in
Clovis, NM.
Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
-
Support patients and families through the rehabilitation process
Shift: Day shifts available!
Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
-
Active Physical Therapy License in New Mexico
-
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy
-
Experience with Epic software

Pay Details: $37.29 per hour - $56.92 per hour (negotiable based on years of experience) + $40K SIGN ON BONUS!
