Compensation: $133,700 - $161,800 a year (based on years of experience) +
Annual bonus’ up to $16k a year!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am–5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary doctor for older adults, providing routine care, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating with specialists and the care team

Ensure seamless, whole?person care across clinics, homes, and facilities, including occasional home visits within Springfield
Qualifications:

Active and Unrestricted Oregon state NP or PA licensure

Current and valid DEA certification and valid Oregon state driver’s license
