Compensation Notes:

$165,000 - $185,000 annually

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacy Director:

Drive operational performance by implementing cost-control strategies, process improvements, and aligning goals with leadership.

Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.

Success in this role requires the ability to elevate leadership capability, standardize processes, improve performance and culture, and deliver measurable results across a complex, high-volume operation.
Required Qualifications for Pharmacy Director:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of leadership experience
-
Knowledge of home infusion, and pharmacy regulations and administration

Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations

Ability to assess current state challenges, implement targeted improvement strategies, and deliver measurable gains in performance, culture, and employee engagement

Clean driving record and proof of auto insurance
