Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) – $20K Sign-On Bonus

Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) to join a leading hospital team in
Gainesville, FL. This role offers hands-on experience with
high-acuity patients, strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities for

Compensation Notes:

$27.42 – $36.95/hr + Shift Differentials if Applicable
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:
- Conduct patient respiratory assessments and provide therapeutic interventions, including oxygen therapy, medication administration, and ventilator support.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, effective treatment and respond to emergency situations, including airway management.

Required Qualifications for Respiratory Therapist:
- Active RRT, RCP, or CRT certification
- Active state-issued respiratory care license
