Remote Clinical Product Owner (EHR/EMR) – up to $165,000/year + Annual Bonus
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a
Remote Clinical Product Owner to join a growing healthcare technology organization focused on home-based care delivery. This is a high-visibility, senior-level role responsible for shaping and improving the electronic medical record used by clinical teams across the organization. The Product Owner will partner closely with executive leadership, clinicians, and engineering teams to design, prioritize, and deliver impactful clinical technology solutions.

Compensation Notes:

$150,000–$165,000/year

Annual bonus up to 10%
Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Product Owner:
As a Clinical Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the EMR system supports efficient, effective, and high-quality care delivery in a home-based care environment. You will act as the primary liaison between clinical stakeholders, leadership, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:

Translating clinical workflows into clear, structured technical requirements

Owning and prioritizing the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment

Partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver EMR features and enhancements

Leading discovery efforts by interviewing clinicians and operational stakeholders

Reviewing completed work to ensure solutions meet clinical, operational, and quality expectations

Supporting EMR integrations, documentation templates, reporting, billing, and interoperability needs

Required Qualifications for Clinical Product Owner:

10+ years of experience in healthcare application development and/or healthcare technology
-
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including EHR/EMR systems
-
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Preferred:
-
Canvas EMR experience (other EMRs accepted)
-
Background in clinical operations, healthcare IT, or health informatics
