Remote Manager of Payment Integrity (CIC/CCS)

We’re looking for a experienced CIC or CCS to join a respected organization consistently recognized as a certified great workplace, known for its strong sense of purpose, inclusive culture, and commitment to employee growth. This full-time, remote role is ideal for a professional with Leadership and DRG experience seeking stability and a balanced Monday–Friday schedule.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

  • Up to $125K annually (DOE)

Daily Responsibilities for a Remote Manager of Payment Integrity (CIC/CCS):

  • They manage the Clinical Review Department, overseeing staffing, workflow, quality assurance, and compliance with client turnaround requirements.
  • This person ensures audits meet accuracy standards, supports and trains supervisors, handles performance and HR-related issues, and drives process improvements to keep the department operating efficiently.

Required Qualifications for Remote Manager of Payment Integrity (CIC/CCS):

  • CCS (AHIMA) or CIC (AAPC) certification required
  • DRG coding experience with ICD-10 and ICD-10 PCS
  • Supervisory experience
