Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse to fill a permanent opening with a well respected healthcare provider in
Iowa - covering
Cedar County, Johnson County, Louisa County, Lynn County, Muscatine County, and Iowa County.

Pay: $26.00 - 30.00/hour
Daily Responsibilities for Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse:

Admissions, Triage, and Patient Visits
Provide compassionate nursing care and complete evening admissions for hospice patients in homes or facilities

Collaborate with the care team and document patient status and care plans accurately and timely
-
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, No weekends!
Required Qualifications for Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse:

PN License in Iowa
-
Minimum 5 years of LPN experience
-
Must have prior experience in hospice, palliative care, ICU, Med-Surg, ER, and/or LTC
