Behavioral Health Case Manager
HealthCare Support is seeking a
Behavioral Health Case Manager to fill an opening with a Residential Treatment Facility in Paola, KS.
Daily Responsibilities for Behavioral Health Case Manager :
- Meet with clients at least once per day
- Average Caseload: 8-12
- Assist with initial assessments, oversight, and supervision of daily activities
- Facilitating and/or joining group sessions
- Work closely with therapists and assist with discharge

Schedule: Tues-Sat, 9-6 pm
Required Qualifications for Behavioral Health Case Manager :
- More than 2 years of working with people with behavioral health needs (trauma, mental illness, and/or substance abuse)
- Experience in providing Case Management services in a Mental Health or Substance Abuse facility
- Experience working on a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system and community resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder

Pay Details:
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)
