Senior Executive Director / Administrator – Hockessin, DE
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior Executive Director / Administrator to fill an opening with a Senior Living facility in Hockessin, DE.
Daily Responsibilities for Senior Executive Director / Administrator :

Oversight of the community, including driving occupancy, assisting with the sales process, improving bottom line, budget oversight, assisting with surveys, and managing direct reports

Assess the local market and develop and implement a business plan to become the highest performing senior living community in the area

Build and maintain strong working relationships with the management team and encourage teamwork and collaboration
-
Shift: Monday–Friday 8am – 5pm
Required Qualifications for Senior Executive Director / Administrator :

Bachelor’s Degree required
-
5+ years of operational leadership experience within Senior Living or LTC
-
3+ years of sales experience within Senior Living / Assisted Living / Long-Term Care
-
Must have a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License in Delaware

$95k - $125k + Annual Bonus
