Senior Executive Director – Senior Living

Senior Executive Director / Administrator – Hockessin, DE  HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior Executive Director / Administrator to fill an opening with a Senior Living facility in Hockessin, DE.  Daily Responsibilities for Senior Executive Director / Administrator : 
  • Oversight of the community, including driving occupancy, assisting with the sales process, improving bottom line, budget oversight, assisting with surveys, and managing direct reports
  • Assess the local market and develop and implement a business plan to become the highest performing senior living community in the area
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the management team and encourage teamwork and collaboration
  • Shift: Monday–Friday 8am – 5pm
Required Qualifications for Senior Executive Director / Administrator : 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of operational leadership experience within Senior Living or LTC
  • 3+ years of sales experience within Senior Living / Assisted Living / Long-Term Care
  • Must have a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License in Delaware

Pay Details:
  • $95k - $125k + Annual Bonus
