Working with Lauren has been a genuinely great experience. She’s professional, persistent, and actually follows through, which sadly isn’t always a given in this line of work. She also has a great sense of humor, which makes the whole process feel a lot more human. I’ll be honest — I’m probably not the easiest person to wrangle.
