Hello, my name is Dominique Alvarado, and I am an educational service's recruiter with Gifted Healthcare Education.

A little about myself: I grew up in Cedar Hill, Texas, went to Texas A&M University receiving my bachelor's in leadership and development, then continued my education to receive a master's in organizational learning and technology.

Fun Fact: I started my first HR job with Six Flags Fiesta, Texas in their employment office and fell in love with people!

I love summer activities like floating on the river, pool days and being outdoors in my garden.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because I meet and interact with so many exciting people with different backgrounds and experiences. Recruiting creates an ever-changing environment in that I never know who I get to talk with that day. I truly believe that the work I am doing today in the education space makes a different in so many lives, and that alone is the BEST feeling!
