About Jessica Ouellette:

I enjoyed my conversation with Jessica. She was friendly, engaging, and asked pertinent questions. I think Jessica has a great demeanor. Unfortunately, I was unaware we were speaking about a Global VP position when she asked about my salary expectations. I presumed we were speaking about a Montana territory sales position with Robertshaw, so my base salary expectation was south of $100K. Turns out, the salary for the successful candidate would be offered a base of $150K. Frankly, I believe that damaged my candidacy. I never received an update on my submittal after our call.

About Shawn Isaacson:

Shawn is a very good recruiter and pretty straight forward (nothing bad about him). BUT "TJ" is a GHOST. After my call with him, he suddenly went off the Earth. And TJ is a poor technical recruiter, he doesn't understand the technologies / solution he is asking to the Applicant.
