After serving 30 years in the United States Marine Corps, Shawn Isaacson joined Collinwood after his Skillbridge Internship. Living by the moto of “Honor, Courage and Commitment”, he has learned the value of teamwork and integrity. With a deep understanding of mission accomplishment, Shawn is well-equipped to help candidates across a wide variety of IT backgrounds find fulfilling new roles. Shawn deeply understands the importance of two-way communication, actively listening to needs of the candidates and pairing them with the complex requirements of the clients. While he is newcomer to the IT staffing industry, taking care of people has been a way of life which he strives to successfully translate into taking care of his candidates/consultants.

On a personal note, as an avid sports fan, you can always find Shawn supporting his teams (Denver Broncos for one) or his sons high school sports. After a career that had him travelling and living across the globe (ask him sometime….), Shawn currently lives with his family in the Chicago suburbs.
