Why I love to recruit
While working in the high-volume customer service industry, I quickly found that my passion was in people and creating meaningful relationships. This discovery lead me into the world of recruiting! My corporate recruiting career started off in a major e-commerce solutions and digital marketing agency which quickly blossomed into an opportunity in technical recruiting. It is my goal to ensure that I'm building trust through the entire candidate experience. Recruiting is a never-ending game of matching smart & talented individuals to amazing opportunities and seriously, there is no greater feeling than finding the perfect match between client and candidate! Outside out the recruiting realm, I am usually travelling and I absolutely love hiking (I'm a huge National Park nerd!). And I'm also a big fan of video games and love snuggling with my 2 rescue pups.
