Mike is incredibly open and approachable. I've shared with him my feelings regarding experiences I've had and my expectations for upcoming jobs. He responds with total respect and understanding. He encouraged me when I needed a push, and intervened with employers when there were discrepancies. And his follow-up is constant. Haley made the hiring process a no-brainer. I was working another full time job when I applied at Cell Staff. Haley bent over backwards to make things easy for me--from resending emails so that I didn't have to dig through a cluttered inbox, to setting up accounts in my hometown for drug screen and vaccinations.
