I grew up in Elkhart, Indiana, surrounded by cornfields and countryside, before making my way to Tampa, Florida, for college. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Political Science, which sparked my passion for connecting with and supporting others.

For nearly two years, I’ve been proud to be part of the Cell Staff team, helping healthcare professionals find opportunities that align with their goals, lifestyle, and passion for patient care. As a recruiter, I truly enjoy building relationships and guiding candidates through every step of their career journey.

I had a really great time speaking with Grace! She was very easy to talk to, but also straight to the point of what would need to be done and she guided me through all the different things that I would need to be able to have an interview with the state hospital. I highly recommend her with anybody that is nervous, especially since it’s a new job in a new setting that I haven’t worked before so I highly recommend her.
