About Nicole Steele:

I found Nicole to be very responsive, timely with addressing needs and questions. Nicole has also been very understanding regarding a personal issue that happened at the beginning of my process with Cell Staff, her understanding made me feel better about myself and this time of transition in my life. I was new to working in the penal system and had lots of questions. Blake has been incredibly patient and kind. If he didn't know the answer he would find it. About Devyn McCormick:

The only thing that I can think of that Devyn & other recruiters could do better would be to be honest up front or from the beginning about how much it takes to get hired. As for me, it was all the paperwork, tests, exams, & phone calls. A lot of tedious things. Other than that, he was on top of everything, informative, professional, easy to talk to and very nice.
