About Montserrat Carlin:

I renewed my nursing license, and most agencies will reimburse you if it expires in the middle of your contract and I have been traveling for a few years. When I mentioned it to Montserrat, I was told "we don't reimburse you, yet hospitals reimburse, other agencies I have worked with do and cell staff doesn't so I more than likely will not utilize them again. Little things matter as well.

About Joshua Mergl:

Joshua was very approachable and pleasant. The position was simply not for me. I have 30+ years of acute care hospital experience, and nursing in the correctional facility was not ideal for me. I found the employee culture extremely toxic and the position was advantageous to helping people.
