Josh is always willing to listen to you - no matter what the content, positive or negative. He makes me feel supported and heard. Josh is always available - either by picking up the phone or calling you back quickly. I don't feel forgotten even though I have signed a contract and am already working. He talks fast and works fast getting the job done, all while respecting your personal boundaries and treating you like a unique individual and not a number.
