What You’ll Do:

As an Electronics Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring electronic manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Loading components and feeders into machines with precision to maintain quality standards.
  • Performing first article inspections to verify correct placement and orientation of components.
  • Conducting visual inspections during production, promptly making adjustments to correct any defects.
  • Performing routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving production problems with minimal supervision.
  • Working closely with engineering and quality control teams to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintaining accurate logs for machine setup, production, and quality checks.
  • Following safety protocols, ITAR requirements, and company policies strictly.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to optimize production.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (required for consideration).
  • Previous experience operating or assembling electronics equipment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime based on production needs.
