What You’ll Do

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, cold/mild steel, and tubular steel.
  • Completing layout, fitting, welding, and finishing of metal parts according to customer specifications.
  • Operating fabrication equipment such as rolling machines, stud welders, and overhead cranes.
  • Performing inspections, verifying material types, thicknesses, and dimensions throughout production.
  • Ensuring all safety protocols are followed, including equipment checks and workspace cleanliness.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Measuring and checking parts to maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality.
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned to help achieve our goals.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications.
  • Understanding of metallurgy, material types, and gauges.
  • Strong math and measuring skills (tape measure, dial caliper, versa gauge, etc.).
  • Ability to layout, fit, weld, and finish with minimal supervision.
  • Certification in welding and overhead crane operation (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read instructions accurately
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required
  • If you have previous Soldering experience, high preferred!
