Job Title: HR Assistant
Pay: $19.75/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a
HR Assistant for a manufacturing client located in Auburn, Maine. The
HR Assistant will assist with filing, updating records, answering phones, updating ads, as well as greeting visitors who come into the office. This is a
full-time, on-site position located in
Auburn, Maine.
As a
HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Greet visitors coming into HR office
- Process personnel records, changes for employees
- Filing, data entry, operating office equipment
- Supporting other HR projects and events
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, ect
- Ability to work well with multiple departments/employees
