About Sylvia Bier:

Working with Sylvia was miles ahead of anything else I’ve experienced in my long and sometimes frustrating job search. She was highly accessible, professional, encouraging, and an effective communicator. Sylvia guided me throughout the process to ensure I was as presentable and desirable a candidate as possible. This included reviewing and revising my resume, strategy and prep calls before each interview, and debriefs after each as well. What really sets her apart is how she genuinely cared about my success as a candidate and individual. A previous review states “Sylvia embodies excellence in recruiting” and I truly could not agree more!

About Sylvia Bier:

I've spoken with several recruiters through my career and none of them have been as proactive, measured, efficient, and caring as Sylvia. The approach Sylvia takes has been guided and personalized. She genuinely cares for her candidates and is highly invested in ensuring your success - she will provide tips, nuggets of information, follow ups and strategies to approach interviews and maximize your chances of success. She follows an approach where her success rests on the candidate's success which is highly reassuring as one navigates the often-tricky job market.
