Since joining the firm in 2017, she has built a strong reputation for connecting top IT talent with leading organizations, fostering lasting relationships, and helping professionals achieve their career goals.

With a background in Human Resource Management from St. John Fisher University, Mariah combines her people-first approach with a deep passion for technology to understand and align the needs of both clients and candidates. She has successfully recruited technology professionals at all levels —from entry-level specialists to executive leaders.

Since stepping into a leadership role in 2022, Mariah has guided the recruiting team with vision and dedication, furthering Benchmark IT’s mission of excellence.

Mariah also serves as the organizer of Women in Tech Stamford (WITS), a community she created to empower and connect women across all areas of technology. Through thoughtfully curated events, WITS brings together professionals, leaders, and aspiring technologists to share knowledge, build connections, and foster growth.
