I met Mariah Wagner, and the Benchmark IT recruiting team, towards the end of the Covid pandemic when everyone was pretty tired and the patience reserves were scarce. I worked with Mariah toward at least one role. Mariah was perspicacious, patient and professional. What impressed me was her and her colleagues’ knowledge, their thoroughness of the process that was followed and their forward open and positive “can do” attitude. I did not receive an offer with them, but I must write this review for this particular recruiting team because their manner helped me change my approach to job searching. I borrowed from their energy and their professional enthusiasm.
