Sr. Product Manager-FinTech – Hybrid: Our direct client, a fast-growing FinTech firm in New York City, is looking for multiple senior level Technical Product Managers. The openings range from Assistant Vice President - Vice President level. This role will be working in a team-oriented environment with smart and hardworking individuals in a results-oriented culture with support from the Executive Management. This is a management level opportunity with room for growth and oversight over teams, projects, and space. This individual will have the opportunity to solve fun and complex industry-wide problems, spanning across various alternative investment products. This position will be working directly with end users and clients to bring scale and efficiency spanning across a multitude of different business processes, as well as various user experiences for key critical online functions.  This role will own, lead, and deliver various solutions with direct oversight of product building, largely defining and influencing others in their own space, from identifying unmet needs to defining requirements, writing user stories, developing project communication plans, and testing product features.   • Lead engagement with end users and clients to identify and deliver solutions to core functional areas and user experiences. 
  • Develop the strategic road map and lead the direction of the product of the platform in partnership with stakeholders.

- Serving as the subject matter expert for customer data and database insights for the company  - Responsible for using data-driven insights to achieve measurable marketing results.  -Supports the planning of all aspects of our cross-channel marketing campaigns with a specific focus on database segmentation and analysis to support retention and new customer acquisition - Provides reporting and actionable insights to improve marketing campaign performance and customer journey touches through KPI setting/tracking, A/B testing, journey building, and ongoing optimization of segmentation strategies.  -  Is accountable for helping better understand our customers and key performance metrics in order to deliver more effective, personalized communications and drive growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Develop strategies to leverage guest insights for actionable improvements in our marketing campaigns and the customer journey. 
  • Assist with detailed results reporting and analytics. Analyze results across housefile brochure marketing and new customer acquisition efforts, conducting the backend response & ROI analysis. Analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.

  • Direct Mail / Catalog mailing / Consumer marketing experience is highly desired. 
  • Experience with new customer acquisition, i.e. working with vendors who supply lists of potential customers, and analyzing those lists, merging them into the main database
