Job Title: Senior Director - Azure Software Product Development Location: Northern NJ (Hybrid, 3+ days/week onsite) Type: Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months conversion window) Overview: For our direct client, a leading global professional services company, we seek a high-caliber IT leader to help drive the next phase of growth for a large-scale software product development initiative. This role is ideal for a strategic, execution-focused professional with deep experience managing complex, Azure-based product development programs across global teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large, multi-track software development program, managing multiple solution teams across various application development streams.
  • Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery across Azure-based development projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale software development programs.
  • Proven success delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong global delivery experience, including working with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
  • Background in product management and product strategy, ideally in a consulting or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Engineering Manager / Lead Full Stack Engineer - Vice President  About the Role Are you a passionate engineering leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments? We're on the lookout for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic, medium-to-large software engineering team through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). In this role, you’ll navigate the complexities of a large-scale organization, drive innovation across cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of our enterprise SaaS products. This is a full-time opportunity with our direct client, a fast-growing Fintech company, based in Midtown Manhattan. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday. What You’ll Do
  • Lead by example—write clean, scalable, high-quality code using modern best practices and design patterns.
  • Inspire and guide your team with deep technical knowledge and mentorship rooted in strong software engineering principles.
  • Drive agile practices using frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Take charge of technical design, upholding architecture and security standards throughout all phases of development.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing with React in modern front-end environments.
  • 5+ years of building test automation frameworks with tools like RSpec, Cucumber, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling (Postgres, MongoDB a plus).
  • Proven success leading cross-functional technology teams in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working within Agile or Kanban frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a team-first attitude.
  • Experience in Financial Services is a plus!
