• You will drive the technology roadmap for your assigned technology and product area
• You will collaborate closely with other solution leads to ensure technology alignment with other areas and alignment with both short and longterm business objectives
• You will validate and approve all proposed solutions to ensure technology alignment, feasibility and cost efficiency.
• You will present solutions to business stakeholders and senior management
• You will collaborate with the solution leads to define and evolve the solution approach that addresses the business needs and challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, including lots of experience creating technical artifacts and presenting them in PowerPoint and similar formats.
• Excellent presentation skills - comfortable presenting and discussing ideas to an audience
• This person will need to be proficient at adapting to and working with a variety of personality types, and have the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships. The ability to work well with both key individuals and groups within a global company is a key component to success in this role
• Proven history of working with customers to understand their needs and crafting solutions to meet those needs
• Experience working with virtual teams in a global environment

• Ability to multitask using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack and enabling technologies – these includes, but are not limited to, Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, Power BI, Office 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Architect Design is a plus

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing solutions
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technology or related field is a plus

Software Solutions Lead – AI Projects - Long-term contract

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of AI and workflow solutions in a multi-vendor environment

• Partner with business and technical teams to drive solution design and implementation

• Review, challenge, and improve vendor-prepared solution designs

• Support R&D in emerging AI tools and frameworks (Microsoft AI, open-source)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10–15 years in software development or Tier 3 support

• Ability to read and interpret code (Python, .NET, C#)

• Strong communicator with a go-getter attitude and executive presence

• Comfortable navigating a large enterprise (prior experience at Fortune-sized global firm preferred)

• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
• AI experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right fit and someone who loves to learn

• Experience with AI technologies (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio)

• Any background or exposure to financial or accounting systems.
