From the very first time I spoke with Misti she had been amazing. She provides the perfect amount of contact and is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that come up. She does a great job of keeping me updated on current openings when its time for a new assignment and is always upfront and open with the pay. If I see a job on another website or Facebook, I always check if Misti can make it happen, because I don't want to work with anyone else! :)

We travelers talk. I know that I earn consistently less than my peers for the same contract. However, what I appreciate in Atlas and in Misti is the concierge service. That makes up for the difference. She takes the guesswork, planning, etc out of an already difficult job to make life easier for me. She is there when I’m being ridiculously emotional and need a stable rock to bounce thoughts off of. She’s there to celebrate the highs of my experience, and more importantly the lows. Misti never makes me feel I cannot text or call on her as a friend at any moment, at any time. She is my recruiter, mentor, and friend. I appreciated she put effort into meeting me one weekend at an event in Portland, ME. I appreciate when she fought for me in an unjust situation in Idaho. I appreciate that often she lets me know…in a very classy way, that I’m being kinda ridiculous sometimes. She believes in me, and I in her. So when I hear my peers making more money in the same contract…I always consider, “do they have a Misti”? Never has that question had more than a no answer.
Misti always responds with answers or directed me to the correct person. Love working with her hate to leave the company but wouldn't hesitate to come back to her.
Misti has been proactive in finding postings that fit my requests.
I appreciate closed loop communication, especially in transactional conversations. I would find it helpful to see/hear responses that clearly address those specifics. There have been a couple times where I'm not sure that I'm communicating my wants or expectations because of that lack of feedback. I do realize that this is at least 50% on me to clarify.
Misti has been accessible and available when I've had questions or needed assistance and when any issues have come up.
