Misti has been a great recruiter! She worked hard to get me my current contract and has been so helpful during the entire process! She is always available if I ever have questions! I cannot thank Misti enough for her hard work! She is a great recruiter who I would recommend to any travel nurse!

Misti is a really hard worker! When I tell her that I’m ready for an assignment, she gets busy and sends me job openings almost daily! When I finally pick one, she’s ON IT! She oversees the interview process, acceptance, credentialing, and all of the other behind the scenes work that we as nurses don’t even know about. Misti always responds to my texts immediately and I probably had like a million questions around my first assignment. #teammisti

About Misti Loughran:

Misti makes an effort to know her nurses. She has been very supportive of my career and understood when I needed to take time off to welcome my grandson. Super supportive and hard working when jobs were so scarce during the pandemic. I feel that she genuinely cares for her nurses. And she's just so darn nice and likeable. Plus she's a Packers fan! What else could I possibly want in a recruiter? She is hands down the best recruiter I've had in in 5+ years of traveling.
