About Misti Loughran:

I had my very first contract last year and was canceled from my first contract because of COVID a week before I was suppose to leave. Misit was great in compensating me for my time spent working on the online modules. I was able to finally land my first contract and when I started she was great in keeping in touch and asking how it was going. She makes me feel like she has my best interest in mind and I look forward to landing my next contract!

About Misti Loughran:

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I still remember the first contact. I have found other recruiters to be either pushy in one direction or overly communicative about other aspects of being a travel nurse when my main focus at the time is just to secure a contract. Of course Misti was professional and attentive, but what also stood out was being straight up about available contracts and what I was looking for. She has been very honest & straightforward about situations that arise with facilities I work at, as well as parts of the process that pop up (such as pending requirements or facility rate changes). I have not ever felt like I was also competing with other travelers she may be handling, as Misti always made me feel like I was her most important traveler. I also faced numerous challenging situations, be it getting sick, stressful work environments, tumultuous job climate, and even a major specialty change mid-contract, and Misti was very helpful & supportive throughout each problem. Despite the norm being that us travelers not only contract shop but also recruiter shop, I have yet to use any other recruiter other than Misti since I started travel nursing a while back. She has been stellar!

About Misti Loughran:

Misti has been my go-to recruiter since I started travel nursing in October of 2019. She is honest about everything, whether that be breakdown of pay, chances of getting a job and anything in between. She checks in with me during contracts, and in between contracts, just to see how I'm doing. I have yet to meet any other recruiter who seems to care about me as a person first, whether I am currently working with them or not. She has been a constant source of support during these difficult times and I don't think I'll be working with anyone else for a good long while.
