Proven leadership in a maintenance or engineering role within a power station or similar heavy process industry (EfW, Biomass, CCGT, Refinery, Petrochemical, Marine, etc.).
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, including PSSR, LOLER, and PUWER.
Experience with rotating plant, steam systems, and balance of plant equipment.
Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Has excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Is commercially astute with experience managing budgets and procurement.
Communicates effectively with colleagues, contractors, and regulators.
Is adaptable, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
