• Acting as Controller engineer (HV)
• To help the GH O&M team to achieve high HSQE standards across our portfolio, working closely with HSE Manager.
• Deliver all the Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance on the allocated.
• portfolio including HV maintenance.
• Complete Site Inspections across the portfolio as required.

Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:

• 18th Edition certified
• Team Leading experience essential
• Solar or BESS experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Maintenance background in heavy industrial engineering/manufacturing will also be considered.

• 3-5 years experience working in a design role across civils/ structural engineering projects, ideally within the UK nuclear sector or construction industries.
• Civils, steels or concrete experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of the detailed design phases and how this is transitioned to the

• Able to gain clearance for work on-site.

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and trial balance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial records

• 5 Years+ experience in delivering large scale commercial solar projects (up to 4MW).
• Knowledge of the G99 process and liaising with DNO’s
• A strong awareness around PV products and suppliers
• Experience in managing teams of people.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

    Personal skills: The Operations and Maintenance Technician role would suit someone who is:

• 18th edition wiring regulations is desired (17th is essential)
• Experience in solar is preferred, but if not, a willingness to learn backed up by all of the necessary electrical qualifications
• City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrotechnical Technology (2330)
• HV AP15 or OP40 desirable but not essential
• IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable but not essential
• A full UK driving licence is essential
