Working through the job search process with Greg was an absolute pleasure. He made the uneasy period that freelancers often experience between contracts feel so much less stressful for so many reasons. He quickly built up a good relationship with me and took the time to understand my skills and experience and how they aligned to the role opportunities he had available. He kept me updated on every step of the process by email and by phone giving me transparency on how things were progressing with my application. After further discussion with the client about the role Greg gave me even more detailed feedback about what they were looking for which gave me an opportunity to review my CV and pick out key examples of my experience that I could use in the interview. As a result I was able to go into the interview with a lot more confidence on what I wanted to highlight. Not only was Greg very supportive throughout the process but advocated very strongly on my behalf when negotiating a rate with the client resulting in a 25% uplift on what they had initially offered. My experience with Greg has been pleasurable from beginning to end and I can't recommend him highly enough!
