Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:  

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering, or industrial experience deemed equivalent.
• Achieved, or working towards Chartership.
• NEBOSH/IOSH desirable.
• 2/3 years proven experience in successfully delivering projects in line with timescales and budget.

• Full UK License is essential.

The Maintenance Technician will apply mechanical & electrical technical expertise to safely carry out planned, reactive and emergency work across the site, minimising any down time. • Ensure Maintenance Plan is in place to meet legal, compliance and output requirements and to protect the clients assets.
• Responsibility for ensuring maintenance plan is adhered to and performance reported on every month.
• Ensure that forward planning for the Permit to Work system is adhered to and that all site personnel utilise the PTW system.
• Ensure appropriate level of spare parts are defined and maintained in stock. Be involved in and maintain FMECA study. Frequently assess and review spare parts for suitability
• Provide a monthly summary report of Maintenance performance, on time each month and as requested by Site Leader. Report as a minimum on Compliance, Quality, Volume/Yield, Costs, People, any other KPI’s Risks/Opportunities, AOB
• Be part of the on-call structure for the site.
• Able to assist hands on with maintenance tasks as required
• Other duties as required

      Professional qualifications    We are looking for someone with the following:   

• Qualified to a minimum of HND Level in and Engineering discipline (or equivalent) Or can fully demonstrate comparable experience
• Full UK Driving license (essential)
• IOSH (preferred)

      Personal skills    The Maintenance Technician role would suit someone who has:   

• At least 2 years’ experience within anaerobic digestion or a similar processing environment 
• Experience of working under remit of a quality management system and/or compliance quality standards e.g., PAS110, ISO 9001, FSSC 22001
• Experience working under a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Experience within a similar industry working under the remit of COMPEX/ATEX regulations

• At least 5 years' experience delivering projects to timescales and budgets 

• Experience of CDM 

• Experience working on projects within the Organics waste sector or a similar processing environment such as Oil & Gas or Food Manufacturing

Due to company growth, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team and support with up and coming projects.                     Roles & Responsibilities As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing project execution plan during bid phase, including: schedule, support estimate development, executing and contracting strategies
• Dealing with all stages from design through to commissioning
• Maximizing project efficiency and profitability
• Manage to Project Budget, forecast, managing variations and changes
• Ensuring all health, safety, quality and environmental procedures are integrated into the clients activities
• Provide a key technical focal point for all engineering and technical clarifications
• Maintaining all contract administration to ensure clarity on project costs, schedule and quality
• Other duties as required

      Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:

• A degree in Engineering, or equivalent qualification with proven experience of delivering similar projects
• Full understanding of the design, installation and project management of process plants (training can be given on the clients process)
• Proven experience of managing engineering projects
• Health, Safety and environmental leadership
• Able to give presentations to senior managers, clients and other external bodies
• Understanding of waste and renewable energy is an advantage
