  • Developing project execution plan during bid phase, including: schedule, support estimate development, executing and contracting strategies
  • Dealing with all stages from design through to commissioning
  • Maximizing project efficiency and profitability
  • Manage to Project Budget, forecast, managing variations and changes
  • Ensuring all health, safety, quality and environmental procedures are integrated into the clients activities
  • Provide a key technical focal point for all engineering and technical clarifications

The newest addition to the portfolio, the site was commissioned in 2022 and has capacity to supply 8000 homes. The role comes with a salary of up to £40,000 and an excellent benefits package. If you have experience in the waste sector and have been responsible for dealing with feedstock delivery and dispatch, then submit your CV to apply today.                     Responsibilities and duties of the Feedstock Co-Ordinator role Reporting to the Commercial Procurement Manager you will:  
  • Schedule feedstock deliveries for all businesses, ensuring that there’s adequate availability when required and there are no stock shortages
  • Liaise with feedstock suppliers and hauliers
  • Manage the weighbridge(s) to ensure an appropriate service is in place for the site(s)
  • Review supplier and haulier delivery performance, particularly in relation to OTIF, specifications, vehicle weight, waste returns and any other business or legislative requirements
  • Schedule despatches from site, ensuring they are in line with commercial agreements
  • Manage onsite and offsite stockholding locations ensuring there is adequate and appropriate space available when required
  • Instigate the sourcing of alternative stockholding locations when required
  • With the Commercial & Procurement Manager, regularly review supplier and haulier performance, identifying opportunities to improve service and/or reduce cost
  • Ensure that all feedstock Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are raised in a timely manner and are fully authorised prior to on or off-site movements
  • Proactively identify new feedstock opportunities
  • Produce reports for weekly KPI calls and daily reports
  • Attend appropriate daily and weekly meetings

  • A relevant qualification in logistics is desired but not essential
  • A full UK driving licence
