We are looking for an O&M Technical Supervisor to oversee the development, operations & maintenance of it’s solar PV projects across Holland. This role will include travel across Holland and you’ll be involved with providing technical support, maintenance support, commissioning and project management.                   Roles & Responsibilities As the O&M Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Carrying our routine inspections, maintenance and repair of Solar PV systems (roof top & ground mounted) across project sites.
  • Identify problems and coordinate with service contractors.
  • Coordinate with O&M staff and third party vendors to support project delivery.
  • Review and report on O&M contractor reports relating to KPI’s; operation, availability, issues etc.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and communicate with third party vendors & clients to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with OEM requirements & specified warranty periods.
  • Generating maintenance schedules and collecting tariff readings.
  • Support finance and the wider business with invoices and escalations.
    Skills & Qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:
  • Ideally degree qualified with an Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • At least 5 – 8 years of experience in similar Solar PV projects
  • Competent on Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Valid Dutch licence
  • Fluent Dutch speaker
  • Ability to work in Holland

Role and Responsibilities

The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Management and responsibility for a variety of renewable energy projects.  
  • Preparation and/or review of technical design elements.
  • Preparation of documentation and management procurement processes.
  • Ensuring financial and technical targets are met in delivering projects.
  • Effective management of, and reporting on, project risks.
  • Facilitation of agreements and contract negotiation.
  • Management and supervision of contractors carrying out services and construction on projects.
  • Communication with external stakeholders (e.g. landowners, developers, community bodies, planning authorities, community relations, grid network operators).
  • Identify and provide project tasks/details for tracking purposes.
  • Update the project team/disciplines on scope, status, changes of the project and schedule/expectations and ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Management, detailed tracking and communication of project progress from a task, time, schedule, and cost perspective.
  • Manage changes in project scopes, identifies solutions for potential issues and derive contingency plans as required, while engaging the appropriate resources.

 

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will:

 

  • Chartered Engineer status preferable
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, managing and closing on projects
  • Experience of leading projects within renewable energy
  • Procurement knowledge to provide guidance to procurement focal and to draft contracts
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, on time and on budget.
  • Experience in preparation of pre-FEED and FEED level reports and documentation to inform investment decisions
  • Knowledge and experience of the UK Renewable Industry

Role and Responsibilities

The Solar Farm Electrical Technician will be responsible for:
  • Performing Operation & Maintenance tasks on utility-scale solar plants with outputs of 5 MW and above
  • To ensure the solar plants achieve outstanding levels of safety, quality and performance
  • Undertake planned inspection and maintenance
  • Inspection, testing and maintenance of PV modules, DC strings and inverters
  • Undertake AC and DC testing, troubleshooting and fault-finding
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and compile reports

 

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Experience in Operations & Maintenance in large scale solar environments
  • Expereince working with SCADA or data monitoring systems
  • DC & LV installation, fault find, testing and commissioning experience
  • High Voltage expereince
