About Ruth Winter:

When my primary contact, Megan, was out of the office for a week on annual leave, I anticipated some repetition and loss of momentum as Ruth became acquainted with me and the role. That was not the case. Ruth and Megan were an excellent tag team, and my concerns were quickly allayed. Ruth kept me informed throughout the process and provided constructive feedback on my second interview presentation. Had I not successfully secured the position, I would have had no negative feelings towards Ruth and the Asture Team.
