The Contracts Manager role comes with a salary of up to £77,000 + car allowance + bonus.   • Develop and manage the initial project budget, ensuring alignment with bid estimates.
  • Monitor, control, and report on all project costs, identifying deviations and risks.
  • Provide accurate Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts through data analysis.
  • Prepare cost control reports and financial analyses to support decision-making.
  • Support planning and scheduling teams with cost assessments and forecasts.
  • Validate actual vs. planned resource consumption and cost measurements.
  • Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and reporting standards.
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor cost claims, ensuring fair evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project leadership on cost risk management and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with finance, procurement, and contracts teams for seamless cost integration.
    Professional qualifications     We are looking for someone with the following:   
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
  • Proficiency in cost control tools and financial reporting software.
  • Proven experience as a Cost Control Manager
  • Strong background in water treatment, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
