Responsibilities and duties of the Lead Technical Project Administrator role
As the Lead Technical Project Administrator you will:

Lead and coordinate project administration activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the project office.

Provide comprehensive administrative support including meeting coordination, travel bookings, agenda preparation, and minute taking.

Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and GDPR standards.

Use SAP proficiently for purchase orders, goods receipting, and service entry sheets, while supporting colleagues in proper system use.

Oversee document control processes, including storage, version control, retention, and archiving in line with company procedures.

Monitor and manage project office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.

Support the Project Manager and team with financial administration, reporting, and budget tracking as required.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Proven experience in project administration or office management, ideally within a construction or engineering project environment.

Strong working knowledge of SAP (purchase orders, service entry, goods receipting) and Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated understanding of document management systems and GDPR compliance.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

GCSE Level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification).
