About Kyle Shinn:

Kyle has done everything thus far I would expect. He even secured me a job interview ahead of the closing date which is above and beyond from my part. Shows a genuine interest, nice guy regardless of outcome of my application. Not sure what the green squares in the questionnaire mean but the scores are intended to be the high scores for favourable.
