About Tim Norford:

I have encountered a number of recruiters in my first search for a new role and company in ten years. I was very unimpressed by how this aspect of job finding seemed to have changed for the worse. I was so glad to have Sophie and Tim represent this role as I always felt they wanted me to win. I always felt they were on my side and I always felt they genuinely cared.
