He understood the role he was recruiting for had some technical knowledge or had done his homework. Matched my CV with an appropriate job was not too pushy on the phone did not hassle me when I didn't answer and sent the required information over at the time he said he would. I have not had the interview yet but he has given me advice on what to prepare for. I am very happy with his service so far
