I had a very good and thorough conversation with Tim. He asked various questions covering my job status, reasons for changing, experience and what I hoped for, could bring to my next employer. He was engaging but always allowed me the opportunity to say what I needed to say. He shared and discussed the job opportunity and it’s background and gave some excellent detail and a good understanding of the opportunity of the role and some insight into the company, it’s culture and feel etc….

Id submitted my cv for this position Kyle had done his home work on myself and position im after and he knew id had good feedback from the managers for this position .he replied to myself the morning after id applied night before so yes was on the case prompt and had my cv sent same day .
