We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and operations for our Oncology Center. The successful candidate will ensure that all infusion services are safe, appropriate, and compliant with nursing, regulatory, and accreditation standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/TRAINING

Candidates should have at least two years of infusion/oncology experience and two years of leadership experience. They must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold an active Registered Nurse license in Ohio where the job will be performed. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with infusions, a BSN degree, and CRNI or other infusion specialization. CPR certification is a plus, provide orientation and continuing education to new staff members, and candidates should have strong patient assessment, venous access, and emergency care skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
