Responsible for the production, modification and maintenance of precision machined

components and assemblies incorporated into dies and injection molds using CAD/CAM, CNC machining centers, EDMs, and complex grinding setups, while maintaining quality, production, and safety standards. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, or technical drawings to understand mold specifications. Use various tools, equipment, and machinery to fabricate mold components, such as cores, cavities, slides, and inserts, according to design specifications. Set up and operate CNC machinery, such as multi-axis milling machines, lathes, and grinders, to rough and finish mold components. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure the mold design is robust and meets functional and aesthetic requirements. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed molds to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Troubleshoot and fix any issues or part defects with mold components, identifying and resolving problems to minimize production downtime. Maintain and repair existing molds by cleaning, polishing, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure their longevity and optimal performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to mold making, and incorporate innovative practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the mold making process. Document and maintain accurate records of mold specifications, modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities. Qualifications/skills Proficient knowledge of mold making techniques, materials, and processes. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, CAD software, and technical drawings. Skilled in operating and programming computer-controlled machinery, such as CNC milling machines, lathes, grinders, and EDM. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mold-related issues. Attention to detail and precision to ensure molds meet specific design specifications. Solid mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Physical dexterity and stamina to handle various tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to mold making.

Mechanical Assembler 1st Shift $19-22

Mechanical Assembler Job Description The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in mechanical machine assembly work. A strong mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills, and proficiency reading blueprints are essential for this position. This position reports directly to the Assembly Lead. Mechanical Assembler Job Responsibilities

• Assemble simple to complex mechanical assemblies per specification by interpreting blueprints and drawings while following manufacturing processes and procedures
• Identify the necessary tooling and equipment to perform assigned operation
• Inspect parts, as necessary using the proper measuring tools, micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Lead and instruct others in proper assembly of various mechanical assemblies
• Maintain proper project documentation
• Responsible for all duties required for tear down and crating of equipment for shipment
• Maintain a photo/video library of all builds in an organized manner
• Track day to day added value operations needed internally
• Operate a tow motor on a as need to basis, operate and overhead crane as need be
• Assist in maintaining the highest quality of product

2nd Shift Machine Operator 3:30p - Midnight $19 - $22

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co- workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs

Skills

• Using blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of finished parts.
• Set up and operate any type of precision machine tool to make original parts, tools, mechanisms, and devices.
• Load CNC program and adjust for basic level programming changes.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Review part process and program off-line for potential problems before they occur.
• Perform needed metrology inspections and report issues.
• Identify best methods to make high quality parts within the quoted cycle time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications/skills:

• 5+ years of CNC Machining experience including both mills and lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blue prints
• Knowledge of shop math, including geometry and conversions
• Extensive knowledge of G and M codes
