I have been recruiting great talent for over 10 years across many industries. My passion is placing candidates in positions that fit not only their skill set but also a culture they want to be a part of. Outside of work, I am married with twin 5 year old girls that keep me on my toes.

When I'm not working I like to
I enjoy traveling, but especially like to go camping and hiking. I'm also an all around Ohio sports fan and enjoy local sporting events.

About Tausha Taylor:

Tashua was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the areas in the Artiflex facility. She was able to answer all of the questions of the walk through group in a clearly understandable manner. She also took the time to look into the weather for the areas that we all lived in and warned those of us that weren't aware of the approaching snow storm. Despite warnings, I was hopeful to get started right away, and when I slid into a ditch trying to travel through the storm for my first day, she was able to push my start date back to the following Monday with the rest of the group so I could avoid starting with attendance points. I was very grateful for the effort she put in making sure I could get started at Artiflex on a positive note.
