Available Positions 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Training may occur on 1st Shift) Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating production equipment that manufactures high-quality candles and related products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate multiple production machines using pouring, extruding, pressing, and dipping processes

  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality

  • Record production data accurately in the production tracking system

  • Perform machine setup, inspections, troubleshooting, and product changeovers

  • Reduce downtime and material waste through efficient operation

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

 

1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for coordinating transportation, managing shipping operations, and ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining compliance and controlling transportation costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate daily freight and transportation activities

  • Schedule carriers and manage shipment routing

  • Monitor shipments and communicate delivery updates

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations

  • Analyze freight costs and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work closely with production, purchasing, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams

  • Develop and maintain strong carrier and logistics provider relationships

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician in Cleveland, Ohio, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing atmospheric and vacuum furnaces, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Handling complex electrical systems, including 480V circuits, sensors, and automation components.
  • Performing preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and heavy automation systems.

  • Conducting mechanical repairs, including pump and gearbox overhauls, and fabricating parts using MIG/TIG welding and plasma cutting.
  • Installing and maintaining piping systems for gases, water, and air lines, including threading and brazing.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with proficiency in at least two of the following areas: thermal systems, electrical/automation, mechanical, or plumbing.
  • Knowledge of gas burners, refractory brick laying, PLC programming, or heavy hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs in a high-temperature environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Physical ability to work in a challenging shop setting, including hot, cold, and dirty conditions.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, but aptitude and a positive attitude are most important.
