  • Participating in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Creating and maintaining WinSPC Logs and other inspection reports to track quality performance.
  • Contributing to Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting PPM and quality metrics.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3-5 years of stable experience in manufacturing quality or a related discipline, preferably in machining or plastic injection molding
  • Proficiency with Excel and MS Word for data analysis and documentation.
  • Experience with metrology tools such as CMM, calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and tooling drawings accurately.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of formal root cause analysis.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks required in inspection duties.
