Alliance Industrial is looking for hardworking Production Associates. Our positions are located in Strongsville, North Royalton, and Olmsted Falls. Our Production positions vary in job duties. We are looking for machine operators, assembly, and packaging roles. These positions are not located on the busline.

SEASON BONUS OFFERED - Up to $500 upon Completion 

Production Pay:

• $15 - $17 per hour to start. (hourly wage based on shift and role)
• Upon completion of their first 90 days, employees will be eligible for an increase in hourly pay, paid benefits, profit sharing, 401K and tuition reimbursement.

• Responsible for all production needs of customer parts to be handled in a detailed, efficient and timely manner.
• Responsible for the consist production of quality products and performing in-process inspections for each part produced.
•  Packaging and labeling finished product and staging for shipment.
• Maintaining work area, including general housekeeping.

Production Requirements:

• Must be able to work in fast paced, strenuous and challenging environment.
• Must be willing and able to be crossed trained in every facet of their role.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lb continuously.

Production Hours:

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 8pm-6:30am Monday-Thursday
• Positions and times will vary based on your role. OT may be required for ALL roles
