Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines to produce custom wheelchair covers and other fabric components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Assemble, stitch, hem, and finish covers to meet quality and fit standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure all items meet company and client specifications.
Qualifications
Proven experience operating sewing machines
Basic mechanical knowledge for threading and maintaining sewing equipment.
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle large or heavy fabrics.
(Experience in upholstery, canvas work, automotive interiors, or similar fields is a plus!)

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and run a variety of CNC mills and lathes, including double spindle/turret machines. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading blueprints, performing basic setups, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Load raw materials, verify tooling, and ensure proper machine setup for each job.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
2+ years of CNC machining or operating experience (mills, lathes, or both).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Experience with multi-turret/spindle machines preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred
