General Laborer Pay and Benefits:

• $16- $18/hr to start
• $200 referral bonus for each person referred that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)
• Employees will be eligible for a full benefits package after 90 days of employment including 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and PTO options

General Laborer Hours:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• Overtime would be worked on Saturday (time and a half pay) or Sunday (double time pay)

General Laborer Job Duties:

• Overseeing the machining process
• Visual inspection
• Assembling components using hand and power tools
• Shipping/receiving duties
• Conduct inventory control
• Cleaning machines and floors

General Laborer Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Will need to pass a tape measure test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
• Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

The Fulfillment Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions and arrange containers on pallets. The Associate will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are received. They will perform duties in accordance with standard receiving and operating instructions to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free. Hours:

• 1st shift 8:00am - 4:30pm
• $17/hr

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized
• Put incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pick orders as requested by management
• Seal and tag containers, confirm accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm
• Ensure correct shipping information is attached and moved to completed orders to shipping area
• Place containers on pallets, secure with each container with proper wrapping to ensure a quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)
• Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations

Alliance has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Strongsville, Ohio. As their primary staffing provider, we are seeking high energy, career oriented individuals who are interested in General Labor positions.

Please note: This position is NOT accessible by bus. 

Hours:

• 1st shift : 7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime till 4:30pm

Pay:

•  $15/hr
• Upon completion of their first 90 days, employees will be eligible for an increase in hourly pay,  paid benefits, profit sharing, 401K and tuition reimbursement.

General Labor Job Duties:

• Responsible for all assembly needs of customer parts to be handled in a detailed, efficient and timely manner.
• Responsible for consistently assembling quality products and performing in-process inspections for each part produced.
• Packaging and labeling finished product and staging for shipment.
• Maintaining work area, including general housekeeping.

General Labor Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, strenuous and challenging environment.
• Must be willing and able to be cross trained in every facet of the assembly line.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lb continuously.
