Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates, Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Shipping & Receiving Associates, and Chemical Processing Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Akron, Ohio.

Schedule
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Overtime available based on production needs
Available Positions
Production Associate
- Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery
- Mix chemicals, paints, coatings, and raw materials according to work instructions
- Package finished products
- Label completed batches
- Clean tanks, drums, production equipment, and work areas
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Warehouse / Material Handler
- Receive incoming materials and inventory
- Pick, label, package, and prepare customer orders
- Load and unload trucks
- Deliver finished products to the shipping department
- Maintain organized warehouse and outdoor storage areas
- Operate a forklift when needed (training available for qualified candidates)
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
- Chemical processing or chemical handling experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
- Steel-toed boots required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
