Shift Hours:
Mixers - 530am - 530p
Packer - 8:00am - 8:00pm (Day)
- 7:30pm - 5:30am (Night)
Packer Requirements
Pay Rate - $14-$16
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality control and Inspection
- Packaging of items in plastic containers
- Working in a close environment with other staff members
- Ability to stand for the duration of their shift
Mixer Requirements
Pay Rate - $17-$18
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Must be able to add volume (quarts, cups) and weight (pounds, ounces)
- Follows standard operating procedures to scale appropriate ingredient needs as dictated by the recipe
- Perform pre-operational and post-operational checks of area
- Tracks ingredient lot/batch codes
- Examines materials or products for foreign objects and/or defects
Rejects defective products, tracks and marks defective product
Job Essentials
- Must have the ability to read and follow instructions and recipes.
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems and work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to communicate issues with team leader
- Must achieve certification/proficiency on all equipment:
- Pallet jack, scale, bowl lifts, kettles, pumps
- Each position has expectations to set up portions or all of the line, changeover cleaning, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and end of shift cleaning.
