Mixer Requirements  Pay Rate - $17-$18
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Must be able to add volume (quarts, cups) and weight (pounds, ounces)
  • Follows standard operating procedures to scale appropriate ingredient needs as dictated by the recipe
  • Perform pre-operational and post-operational checks of area
  • Tracks ingredient lot/batch codes
  • Examines materials or products for foreign objects and/or defects Rejects defective products, tracks and marks defective product
Job Essentials
  • Must have the ability to read and follow instructions and recipes.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot problems and work well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to communicate issues with team leader
  • Must achieve certification/proficiency on all equipment:
  • Pallet jack, scale, bowl lifts, kettles, pumps

Responsibilities may vary depending on the role but applicants should have previous production experience (at least 6 months) and forklift experience is a plus!  General Labor Shift Available:
  • 1st Shift : 5:30am - 3:30pm  (Monday - Thursday) 
  • 2nd Shift 3:00p.m. - 1:30a.m. (Monday - Thursday) 
  • OT is on Fridays during scheduled work hours. (OT will be mandatory in the peak time period, typically Jan. - March.
General Labor Pay Rate:
  • $20 / hr for 1st Shift

  • OT will be paid at time and a half
